The requirement for a 4-bedroom layout, a double-height living room, and a minimum floor height of 13' reflects our commitment to a perfect blend of luxury and aesthetics. Design process:
Our design focused on an "L" shaped single-level villa, ensuring a seamless transition from the entrance. Leveraging the topography, we introduced a two-level design, ensuring uninterrupted mountain views from every space. The incorporation of balconies facing the 180-degree scenic mountains enhances the connection with the breathtaking surroundings. A gazebo, strategically stepped down from the living room, serves as a viewpoint near the swimming pool, creating an inviting outdoor space. This design approach not only maximizes the site's potential but also offers a harmonious blend of modern living and natural beauty.
