The one-acre plot in Amarja Lonavala with its steep contours and panoramic mountain views offers an incredible canvas. We envision a contemporary masterpiece with a modern elevation, lifted with facets to create a striking feature. The villa should not only harmonize with the landscape but also stand out. The requirement for a 4-bedroom layout, a double-height living room, and a minimum floor height of 13' reflects our commitment to both comfort and aesthetics. Design approach:
The design approach focused on a single-level villa to ensure seamless transitions from the entrance. Leveraging the topography, we crafted a two-level villa that provides uninterrupted views of the scenic mountains from every space. The overhangs strategically incorporate viewpoints, adding a dynamic element to the overall design. Additionally, an outdoor sunken terrace near the swimming pool enhances the living experience, connecting residents with the natural surroundings. This design not only addresses the challenges of the site but also creates a modern, functional, and visually engaging living space.
