Concept note:
Our client envisions a luxurious bungalow with six bedrooms to accommodate their family of eight. They desire a modern and distinctive building elevation that sets their home apart from the surrounding bungalows, creating a feeling of opulent luxury.
Design approach:
Facing north, we transformed the front elevation by creating expansive openings to invite natural light and connection to the outdoors. Our design approach introduced an arch anomaly made from innovative FRP material, projecting from the building's mass and making it a striking focal point. The exposed brick cladding added a unique and textured character to the house. Despite the constraints of a narrow 3000 sq.ft plot, we skillfully optimized the space, crafting a spacious 6-bedroom house spanning 5500 sq.ft to comfortably accommodate a family of 8. This project is a testament to the fusion of creativity and functionality, offering both aesthetic appeal and a welcoming living space.
