Concept note:
Our client has a unique triangular site with road access on two sides, abutting a bustling city highway. They envision an extraordinary yet aesthetically pleasing building with a minimalistic design approach. This structure aims to serve as a landmark in the vicinity, making a distinctive statement along a busy national highway, captivating all who pass by.
Design Approach:
Despite the challenging triangular site with dual road access and city highway adjacency, we elevated the structure by 1.5m, integrating a lower ground floor for shops, creating a split-level design. Employing a standardized structural grid and minimalistic aesthetics, we opted for exposed concrete to infuse the building with a distinctive character, setting it apart from the neighboring glass-facade structures.
